I am a data analyst specialized in Business Intelligence (BI) and I am pursuing an MBA in Data Science & Analytics at USP/Esalq. I provide services for TD Business and FAPEU, where I lead the FEESC project and develop data solutions for various clients.

Gliceye

Boost the level of Diabetes Mellitus treatment with automation and dynamic visualizations in real time. This product promotes blood glucose data storage through online forms, discardin use of hand-written notes, and stores the information in a environment created exclusively for endocrinologists and their patients.

Psichia

Monitor mood, habits and various therapeutic goals and correlate them using data analysis and artificial intelligence. This method allows you to recognize behavior patterns and provide therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists with vital information about their patients. A new way to improve your care level using technology.

Omnichia

BI service that provides interactive and dynamic feedback for event managers in real time. It combines data collection strategies with gamification and rewards to encourage event attendees to participate. The data is converted into BI dashboards revealing strategic insights for the event managers.

Work Experience

TDBusiness | Data Analyst and Project Leader (2023-Now)

As data analyst:

I structure data modeling processes alongside the engineering team, ensuring clean and integrated data with a focus on performance and optimization.
I perform ETL processes using Power Query (M), SQL, and data integration tools, with experience in MySQL, SQL Server, BigQuery, Oracle, Databricks, and DBeaver.
I conduct exploratory data analysis and create performance indicators (KPIs) using the DAX language in Power BI.
I develop interactive dashboards and dynamic visualizations with Power BI, employing storytelling techniques, user experience best practices, and performance optimization. I also perform QA (Quality Assurance) validation on internally developed products and manage the Power BI Online environment.
I lead meetings and validation presentations for BI products, where I contribute best practices in data analysis and strategic decision-making alongside clients, managers, and executives.
My portfolio includes extensive experience in projects such as FEESC (Leader), FAPESC, FEPESE, inCity, Summit Cidades, and Delas Summit.

As the leader of the FEESC project (Fundação de Ensino e Engenharia de Santa Catarina):

I managed a team of analysts and allocated tasks using effective communication and agile methodology platforms. As a result, we developed and implemented 143 dashboards with Power BI for the following departments: Finance, Accounting, Management, Transparency, Projects, Procurement, and Human Resources.
I maintained constant alignment with the engineering team to effectively extract, integrate, and automate data. In the process, over 4,000 tables were structured.
I communicated directly with the client, opting for in-person meetings to align business needs. These measures, aimed at ensuring the project's success, resulted in increased operational efficiency, continuous improvements in deliverables, and positive client feedback.

FAPEU | Data Analyst (2024 - Present)

I perform data extraction, modeling, and processing (ETL).
I utilize SQL in databases, along with managing them using DBeaver.
I develop interactive dashboards and dynamic visualizations with Power BI for six management areas of the Terracap project, using DAX to present performance indicators (KPIs) and solve complex calculations. I also maintain the online Power BI environment.
I lead meetings and validation presentations for BI products alongside the managers from FAPEU and Terracap.

Simple Clean | Data Analyst (2022 - 2023)

I created dashboards using Power BI to monitor clients, which resulted in improved sales forecasting and the identification of purchasing patterns. I used system data to develop financial dashboards, enabling the dynamic and accurate tracking of all revenues, expenses, and sales.
I processed complex data using Excel and Power Query (M), and managed administrative spreadsheets with both Excel and Google Workspace, promoting organization and practicality.
I attended to clients and managed inventories, enhancing my communication and organizational skills.
